Job Description

We are seeking a result-driven and experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a strong passion for real estate and a proven ability to lead, mobilize, and transform teams into high-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive property sales and brand visibility
Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketers and sales executives
Set clear targets and performance benchmarks for the team
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Coach and mentor team members into top-performing marketers
Build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
Oversee lead generation, conversion, and closing processes
Monitor market trends and provide insights for competitive advantage
Ensure strict adherence to company brand and marketing standards
Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 years marketing experience
Prior experience in: Banking sector, Insurance marketing, Real estate (added advantage)
Strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
