Responsibilities
Own and deliver regional revenue, volume, and margin targets
Drive household, Enterprise, and retail LPG sales growth
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with HQ strategy
Identify new business and growth opportunities
Provide leadership oversight for dealers and depot operations
Ensure uninterrupted LPG supply and efficient distribution
Enforce SOPs for refilling, cylinder handling, safety, and customer service
Monitor KPIs: sales volumes, losses, downtime, and service quality
Serve as the senior regional interface with regulators and community leaders
Lead and develop regional management and field teams
Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews
Identify, in consultation with HR, training needs for operations, safety, and customer service and acquisition.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
MBA or master’s degree (an advantage)
8 – 12 years total experience in sales, commercial, or distribution roles
Minimum 4 – 6 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-location sales teams
Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
LPG / downstream oil & gas
FMCG distribution, telecom, Banking
Logistics / last-mile delivery
Demonstrated track record of:
Driving revenue growth and market expansion
Building and managing dealer/distributor networks
Executing go-to-market strategies at a regional scale
Requirements:
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Deep understanding of LPG safety and distribution dynamics
Leadership under pressure in high-risk environments
Regulatory and stakeholder management capability
Data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Sales Management and Commercial skills
Crisis management and problem-solving ability.
