Job Summary

This is a "hunter" role focused on recruiting high-capacity Super Dealers and Distributors to serve as anchor partners.
You will be responsible for signing financially strong partners capable of high-volume offtake and multi-state warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a pipeline of potential Super Dealers through market mapping and competitor intelligence.
Lead 360° assessments of prospects, including financials, fleet capacity, and reputation checks,
Negotiate complex commercial terms, including margins, credit limits, and bank guarantees.
Manage the performance of new Super Dealers for the first 180 days post-onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; professional memberships (NIMN, CIM) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years specifically in distributor recruitment.
Proven track record of closing high-value distributorships (e.g., annual offtake >200M or 50,000+ units).
Deep understanding of LPG depot licensing and fire safety codes.
