Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and safety-conscious Feedmill Process Machine Operator to manage and operate feed production machinery.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production of high-quality animal feed while adhering to operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate feedmill machinery including grinders, mixers, pelletizers, and conveyors.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of feed.
Weigh and batch raw materials according to formulation specifications.
Conduct routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Identify faults and report breakdowns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Record production data and report daily output.

Requirements

Minimum of HND / BSc Degree.
Previous experience in a feedmill or similar production environment.
Basic knowledge of feed production processes.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with pellet machines and batching systems.
Understanding of livestock feed formulations.
Technical or vocational training.
