About the Role
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Supervisor (Graduate Trainee).
The Quality Control Supervisor (Graduate Trainee) will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that all products meet required quality standards.
The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and assisting in the implementation of quality control systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing quality management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
Identify defects or deviations and report findings promptly
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and documentation
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards at all times
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field with 0 – 2 years of experience (NYSC completed or in progress)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Basic knowledge of quality control principles is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
