About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Sales Officer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.
You will focus on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the luxury standards the brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for sales of the company products – (Skin care, Perfumes, Room sprays and diffusers).
Work with team to set strategies for meeting targets.
Meet and exceed set targets.
Demonstrate proper use of skin care products and fragrances.
Cross‑sell, up‑sell and link‑sell products when appropriate.
Identify customer needs and recommend products based on preferences and stock.
Give excellent customer service and solve customer issues.
Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
Explain to customers how to use products.
Advise customers on skincare routines.
Inform customers on prices and special offers.
Request for stock replenishment as needed.
Weekly, monthly activity reporting.
Key Performance Indicators, KPIs
Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate.
Effective cross‑selling and up‑selling performance.
Accuracy of sales records and timely reporting.
Proper product presentation and stock availability.
Positive customer feedback and resolution of issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2 – 4 years proven sales experience, ideally in luxury, retail, or lifestyle industries.
Strong field and practical sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Team‑oriented with ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
