KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate catering, housekeeping, reception, and residential services.
Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with company standards and contract terms.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, meal preparation, service levels, and food safety.
Review and approve menu proposals and monitor daily meal service records.
Inspect materials and supplies delivered by service providers.
Ensure guest rooms and residential apartments meet company standards.
Coordinate events, meetings, training centre activities, and other hospitality services.
Monitor contractor KPIs and coordinate weekly site inspections.
Ensure timely preparation of Job Progress Certificates and follow up on vendor payments.
Support budget projections for Guest House/Village CAPEX activities.
Prepare reports and documentation for departmental and management meetings.
Ensure compliance with HSE, hygiene, quality, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate receptionist activities and collate guest house reports.
Ensure contractors participate in required HSE meetings and inspections.
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in guest house, hospitality, facilities, catering, residential camp, or related operations.
Strong knowledge of catering, housekeeping, food hygiene, and service quality.
Experience managing contractors and service providers.
Strong event planning and coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
High integrity, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong commitment to HSE, quality, and service excellence.
