Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
Develop legal policies, compliance frameworks, and governance processes
Monitor laws and regulations affecting e-commerce, logistics, employment, consumer protection, payments, privacy, and digital platforms
Support regulatory engagements, licensing, government relations, and market expansion
Identify and manage legal and operational risks
Support disputes, customer claims, investigations, and legal escalations
Build scalable contract workflows, legal templates, and compliance processes
Preferred Background:
Experience in commercial law, corporate law, regulatory compliance, technology law, fintech, logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or startup environments.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, practical business judgment, and the ability to explain legal issues clearly are important for this role.
