As a Van Sales Representative (VSR), you will play a key role in driving product availability, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales objectives across assigned territories.
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and must be able to drive confidently and professionally, as driving is a core requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across assigned outlets.
Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock — zero-credit policy applies.
Operate within the approved stock allocation limit.
Drive distribution and visibility of all products in the market.
Maintain strong relationships with Key Distributors and resolve field issues promptly.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and timely submission of sales reports.
Guarantee proper in-market execution, pricing compliance, and product availability.
Requirements
Mandatory valid driver’s license
Applicants must know how to drive and have practical driving experience
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
