Job Description :

Identify and reach out to potential investors
Start and manage conversations around real estate investment opportunities
Introduce and explain cashflow real estate concepts (using company guidance)
Qualify interested prospects based on interest and financial capacity
Book calls, meetings, and site visits for management
Maintain daily records of outreach and conversations
Follow up consistently with prospects

Key Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Confident speaking with professionals and business owners
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media for business
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent

Experience:

1 – 3 years in sales, marketing, real estate, or business development
Experience in financial services or real estate is an advantage

Qualification:

Minimum: OND / HND / BSc in any field
Sales or business-related background is a plus

Compensation:

Salary + performance bonus + commission on investor deals
