Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily administrative and office operations, including reception, records, and patient file management.
Support HR and finance functions (payroll input, staff attendance, leave records, etc.) under supervision.
Manage procurement of office and clinical supplies, vendor relations, and invoicing where required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and any regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain reports on administrative activities for senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
2 – 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
