Operations Manager at Endlex Properties & Development Ltd

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and result-driven Operations Manager who can translate company goals into daily execution, ensure smooth operations, and drive overall business performance.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can enforce systems, accountability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business and site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies
Coordinate across departments (Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, etc) to ensure smooth workflow
Track and enforce KPIs, targets, and performance metrics across teams
Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions
Ensure timely execution of projects, site inspections, and client engagements
Supervise team leads and ensure accountability at all levels
Manage resource allocation and operational planning
Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and brand standards

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years work experience, with at least 2 – 3 years in operations management
Experience in: Real estate (strong advantage) and Banking, logistics, or structured organizations
Proven ability to manage teams, processes, and performance metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in reporting, operations tracking, and performance monitoring

Key Requirements:

Minimum age: 30 years
Male (preferred for gender balance)
Must be based in or willing to work in Port Harcourt
Ready to resume immediately
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
