Responsibilties / Job Description
Lead the end-to-end retail LPG growth strategy within the region
Translate corporate objectives into regional execution plans
Drive market penetration through structured dealer networks and app-based ordering
Deliver regional sales targets (volume, revenue, and margin)
Drive monthly cylinder throughput and refill rates
Ensure achievement of dealer stocking and restocking targets
Monitor and optimize sales funnel from app order to delivery completion
Develop and execute localized sales strategies by LGA/cluster
Drive aggressive customer acquisition campaigns
Lead on-ground activations (markets, estates, malls, streets)
Drive app downloads and usage growth
Implement regional marketing campaigns and promotions
Ensure consistent Stockgas brand visibility and messaging
Monitor and optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
MBA or Master’s Degree (an advantage)
8 – 12 years total experience in sales, commercial, or distribution roles
4 – 6 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-location sales teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in distribution networks and retail expansion
Proven experience managing multi-layer sales teams
Proven experience managing multi-layer sales teams
Experience with app-driven or tech-enabled sales models is an advantage
Ability to translate strategy into execution
Strong ability to drive aggressive sales growth
Expertise in expanding new markets
Strong operational discipline
Ability to use data for performance optimization
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Ability to resolve field and operational challenges.
Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
LPG / downstream oil & gas
FMCG distribution, telecom, Banking
Logistics / last-mile delivery.
Demonstrated track record of:
Driving revenue growth and market expansion
Building and managing dealer/distributor networks
Executing go-to-market strategies at a regional scale.
