Job Summary:
We’re looking for a results-driven YouTube Manager to oversee our faceless YouTube channels, focusing on content creation, optimization, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and content marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies for faceless YouTube channels
Create high-quality and engaging scripts using unique storytelling technique with AI Tools
Optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement
Analyze YouTube analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly
Collaborate with team members and freelancers to produce content
Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and best practices
Requirements:
Experience in YouTube management or content creation
good understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO
Proficiency in video editing software and content creation tools will be of added advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
